In celebration of women+’s sport, and to encourage girls and teenagers to get moving, Bodyform is proud to partner with Studio You x This Girl Can. Our joint aim is to bring fun to fitness, being there for every girl in a way to best suit them.
Bodyform is the first partner to have a hub on the Studio You platform, sharing educative materials and videos for use in schools free of charge across England.
Our mission is to get more girls moving by removing as many barriers to exercise as we can. Too often we hear how periods hold girls back from taking part in physical activity but this shouldn’t be the case. We just need to give them the right education, encouragement, and coping strategies. Our partnership with Bodyform aims to help more girls gain access to honest and open information around periods, so they better understand their bodies, free from period stigma and feel empowered to keep moving.

Physical Education.
For many adult women+ today, these two words evoke memories of “forgotten kit”, running laps in the rain and an impending sense of dread. But we’re on a mission to change this negative PE narrative – and show the next generation of girls that being active isn’t something to fear; it’s a great way to connect, de-stress and find space to simply be.
Through Studio You, we’re working with girls and teachers to move PE in a new direction, so everyone can enjoy getting active.
We’re empowering teachers to break the traditional PE mould, so they can inspire all girls to take part.
Bold. Accessible. And inclusive.
Studio You is our answer to getting more girls moving, bringing fun to physical activity – helping every girl, regardless of background and ability, to enjoy PE.
And we want more supporters to join us in improving the way young women+ everywhere feel about physical activity.
