Olympic Boxing Champion Nicola Adams: Live Fearless
Over half of women don’t feel empowered in their day-to-day life. It comes as our research of 2,000 women found 53% have felt vulnerable and insecure at times, while 46% have felt unsafe. Women often face situations where their comfort and protection and security is threated and we want to challenge and change that.
We’ve partnered with Olympic boxing gold medallist, Nicola Adams, to empower women+ to go and live fearless through an empowering boxing inspired session to help you feeling empowered, protected, and secure.
The video lesson is accessible for everyone and champions female empowerment. It’s under 5 minutes long to allow for busy schedules and includes moves Nicola might use ahead of a big fight in the ring as well as confidence techniques.
